Adaptogenic Pumpkin Pancakes

If you've been looking to level up your buttermilk pancake, this adaptogenic pumpkin pancake is a healthy and easy alternative. Pumpkins are a good source of Vitamin A and fiber, and our Nourish My Brain blend is packed with Lion’s Mane mushroom, Snow mushroom, and Ashwagandha. 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Oat Flour

1 tbsp Nourish My Brain blend

3 tbsp Pumpkin Puree

1/2 cup Oat Milk

1 tbsp Maple Syrup

Toppings:

Cinnamon Powder

Flax Seeds

Fruit of choice

 

How to Make:

Mix all the ingredients together except the toppings and cook pancakes about three minutes per side.
