Ingredients:
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Balance My Stress blend
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Maple Syrup
1/2 cup Oat Milk
How to Make:
Mix cocoa powder, maple syrup, and Balance My Stress blend together.
In a separate container pour milk and mix in chia seeds.
Combine the two mixtures and refrigerate for 2-12 hours.
Topped with your favorite fruits and nuts!
