Ingredients:
Compote:
1 cup diced pears
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp P+V Balance My Stress Blend
Porridge:
1 3/4 cup oat milk
1 cup lite coconut milk
1 ripe banana, mashed
1/2 cup fine yellow cornmeal
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 tbsp P+V Nourish My Brain Blend
HOW-TO:
-Compote:
Heat a small skillet on medium-high heat. Add diced pears & maple to pan & cook for 3mins. Reduce heat to low & stir in @peakandvalleyco Balance My Stress Blend. Remove from heat & set aside.
-Porridge:
In a medium saucepan, bring oat & coconut milk to a boil. Stir in mashed banana. Reduce heat to medium & slowly whisk in fine cornmeal. Whisk for 3-4mins, or until thickened. Remove from heat & serve in bowls! Top w/ pear compote & additional fruits if you'd like. Enjoy!
