Orders are processed within 2 business days, on Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Each order is shipped with standard level shipping with an average arrival time of 3-5 business days. Orders placed on Fridays after 2:30 PM EST will be shipped the following Monday.

Because of the consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns at this time. If you would like to exchange your product for another, please email us at hello@peakandvalley.co. No returns or exchanges are accepted for merchandise bought on sale or with a discount code.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you are making a return/exchange for an order in which you received free shipping, a $10 restocking/shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges/returns for store credit may be made at no additional cost.
