This creamy dreamy golden milk recipe is a warming before bed drink. Anti-inflammatory turmeric and stress relieving adaptogens combine to make sure you have a good sleep.


How to make: 

Heat oat milk on medium heat in a stovepan for 5-7 minutes. Stir in turmeric and Balance Blend. Add honey to taste.
