Nighttime Moon Milk Recipe

Stress-fighting ashwagandha and brain nourishing lion's mane mushroom are the stars in our brain blend. Creamy hazelnut milk + warming spices create a nice nighttime drink.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup hazelnut milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Nourish My Brain blend
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon


How to make:
Heat the hazelnut milk over medium heat. Stir in spices and maple syrup. Then add the balance blend to a cup and pour the milk mixture over top. Stir and enjoy!
