This green drink is perfect for a day of creativity + focus. It’s packed with Potassium-rich banana with a kick of ginger and turmeric, plus the nutrient-rich spinach, and boosted with Nourish My Brain blend.
The added mango is to sweeten it up and coconut milk to make it creamy. This drink will surely give you a healthy halo that will keep you sharp + present the whole day!
Ingredients:
1 medium-sized Banana
1 tsp Ginger Root
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 cup Spinach
1 tbsp. Nourish My Brain blend
1 cup Mango
1 cup Coconut Milk
How To Make:
1. Tightly pack 1 cup of leafy greens in a measuring cup and then toss into blender.
2. Add coconut milk and blend together until all leafy chunks are gone.
3. Add Nourish My Brain blend, mango, banana, ginger root, turmeric powder, and blend again until smooth.
