A floral twist on your morning matcha latte. The energizing mixture of caffeine and calming L-Theanine produces comes from the matcha, while stress relief comes from our Balance My Stress adaptogen blend. 


How to make: 

Heat oatmilk in small saucepan until it starts to simmer. Remove from heat and add the lavender buds into the cooling mixture. Steep for 3 minutes, then strain. 

Whisk in matcha and Balance My Stress blend using a wire whisk or matcha whisk. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!
