Star Anise Adaptogen Milk Recipe

This frothy anise milk combines spicy hints with the chocolatey flavor of our anti-stress helping Balance my Stress Adaptogen Blend

In a pot on medium heat, warm the nut milk, star anise, and maple syrup for about 8 minutes, stirring constantly. If the milk becomes frothy, then remove from heat. Then, pour into mugs and serve!
