Raspberry Cashew Smoothie

This delicious smoothie is packed with adaptogenic wellness + raspberries for the perfect mid-day snack.

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups oat milk
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tsp Balance My Stress Blend
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • raspberries for topping!
  • optional: protein powder

How to make: 

Add all of the ingredients to a smoothie, blend and enjoy!
