Chia seeds are packed with fiber, antioxidants, and omega-3's. Combine them with some vitamin C packed OJ and anti-inflammatory Nurture My Skin adaptogen blend for a lovely tonic!

How to make: 

Blend the orange, water, and Nurture My Skin blend in a blender. Pour into a cup and stir in chia seeds. Let sit for 5 minutes so the chia seeds can "jelly up". Slurp and Enjoy!
