Oat-y Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients: 
  • 1/2 c cooked oats
  • 1 c nut milk 
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp blue agave
  • 1 tsp Balance my Mood Adaptogen Blend
  • 1/2 c frozen tropical fruit
  • cooked oatmeal⁣

How to make: 

Add all ingredients to a smoothie, blend and enjoy!
