Morning Warming Tonic

This everyday morning warming tonic is ready-to-drink in less than 10 minutes of prep. Ashwagandha, Reishi Mushroom, and Eleuthero root combine to decrease your body's reaction to stress while supporting the immune system.

How to make: 

Heat almond milk in a small saucepan on medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Stir in vanilla extract, honey, and Balance My Stress blend (use a matcha whisk if you have one!). Enjoy!
