This recipe adds an adaptogenic boost to your morning cup of joe. Made in under 6 minutes, our Balance My Stress blend soothes your nerves while the espresso has you up and ready to face the day.

Add Balance My Stress blend to the bottom of a mug. Stir in hot oat milk and the hot of espresso, then froth with a milk frother. Then, mix a teaspoon of honey or sugar and enjoy!
