How to make:
Heat the walnut milk over medium heat until it boils, then reduce to a simmer. Smash the lemongrass stem with "butt" end of a knife, then add to the simmering walnut milk and steep for 7 minutes. Afterward, strain the lemongrass stem from the walnut milk, then add the honey and pretty mushroom blend to the infused milk. Stir or froth with a milk frother and enjoy!
