How to Make:
Steep the lavender buds in hot almond milk for 7 minutes. Strain the lavender buds out, then add nut milk mixture to a blender. Add the Nourish my Brain Blend maple syrup, and blueberries. Blend on high, froth, and enjoy! Chill in the fridge for 1 hour for cold nut milk.
