ICED MATCHA MILK TEA

This Matcha and Nourish My Brain blend combo is potent enough to help you stay relax and focus on busy days where you need to be sharp and creative. The chlorophyll, amino acids, and l-theanine in matcha added with lion’s mane mushroom and ashwagandha in our blend are a powerful pair to keep you in a good mood, in spite of the bustle. 


Ingredients:

1 teaspoon Matcha Powder

1 teaspoon Nourish My Brain Blend

2 tablespoon Hot Water

2 tablespoon Organic Honey

1 cup Almond Milk


How To Make:

  1. Combine Matcha powder and Nourish My Brain blend with hot water in a small bowl and let bloom for 1 to 2 minutes. Set aside.
  1. Mix the matcha and Nourish My Brain mixture with honey and almond milk in the blender and blend for 30 seconds to 1 min.
