In a large mixing bowl, add the peanut butter, Balance my Stress Adaptogen Blend, and honey. Mix until blended. Then, add the flax seeds and blend. Form the dough-like mixture into balls about 1 inch wide. Then, microwave the semi-sweet morsels on medium heat for 2 minutes, taking breaks every 30 seconds to stir. Dunk the peanut butter balls into the chocolate mixture and evenly coat. Leave the balls to harden on a sheet of wax paper in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Optional: sprinkle with bee pollen.
