A silky adaptogenic golden milk recipe to enjoy as a morning tonic or warmed as a nighttime drink.

How to make: 

Soak almonds in water overnight. In the morning, add almonds and 1 L of water to a blender and blend until smooth. Use a nut milk bag or cheesecloth to strain the milk from the almond granules. Add milk in a pitcher and stir in Nurture My Skin blend. Enjoy as a morning tonic or warmed as a nighttime drink! 

 

Tip: Set aside the almond 'paste' to use for an almond flour cookie dough!
