Easy Nightime Oats

We know that when we talk about oats, we immediately thought about breakfast! But did you know that oats are a good source of melatonin? In this oat recipe, we add on almond milk, banana, and Restore My Sleep blend to help your body relax before sleeping. So if you're looking for a new recipe to add to your evening snacks, this is worth a try!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Oats

1/2 cup Almond Milk

1/2 Mashed Banana

1/2 tsp Vanilla

1 tsp Restore My Sleep Blend

 a dash of cinnamon

Toppings: GF Gingersnap Cookies, Cacao Nibs, Raspberries, Honey Drizzle


How To Make:

Simmer oats until they thicken

Put oatmeal in a bowl and mix in almond milk, mashed banana, vanilla, and Restore My Sleep blend.

Topped them with cinnamon, crumbled gf gingersnap cookies, cacao nibs, raspberries, and a honey drizzle!
