Bowl-O-Heaven Recipe

An Adaptogenic twist to the classic smoothie bowl! This recipe is not only nutrient-rich and healthy but also satisfying, pretty, and quick! The Balance My Stress blend in this recipe will help in maintaining your cool no matter what life throws your way!

Ingredients:

1 Banana

1 cups Frozen Bluebs

Handful of Kale

1 tsp Balance My Stress blend

1 scoop Protein Powder

1 tsp Maca Powder

Almond Milk

Toppings:

Homemade multi-seed granola

Fat scoop of Peanut Butter

Drizzle of Agave

 

How To Make:

Toss everything except your toppings into the blender and process until smooth!

Pour into a bowl and add your toppings.

Dig in with a spoon!
