Blissful Blueberry Smoothie

We're loving this blueberry smoothie as a quick and healthy morning breakfast or post-workout drink. This smoothie is gluten and dairy-free, with optional honey.
Ingredients: 
  • 3 tablespoons Pecans
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp dried blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon Balance my Stress Adaptogen Blend
  • 1 tsp Raw honey
  • ½ c Blueberries
  • ¾ of a banana
  • 1 c Walnut Mylk

How to make:

Blend the walnut mylk, blueberries, banana, honey, and adaptogens on high. It’s totally optional to add the pecans, chia seeds and dried blueberries as a topping. Another option: Pour in a bowl and have fun beautifying your smoothie bowl with the toppings!
