Birthday Cake Smoothie

This bday cake smoothie is packed with all sorts of medicinal properties! Reishi mushrooms boosts your immune system, lowers blood pressure, rich in antioxidants, promotes livers function and more! Ashwagandha has been used for over 4000 years and supports brain and cognitive function, energy, helps with stress, anxiety, immune function and sleep.

Ingredients: 

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 3 medjool dates
  • 1 tsp Balance My Stress Blend
  • 1.5 cups macadamia milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp TJ’s cashew butter⁣

How to make: 

Add to a blender, blend, and enjoy!
