Bedtime Adaptogenic Latte

The comforting effect of drinking something warm before bed just got even better with this latte recipe with our Restore My Sleep blend packed with adaptogenic herbs like Saffron, Tart Cherry, Chamomile, and Ashwagandha which are clinically studied to help improve sleep quality and duration.

Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk

1 tsp Restore My Sleep blend

1 tbsp Coconut Oil

1/2 tsp Maple Syrup

Dash of Cinnamon Powder

How To Make:

 

In a bowl add everything and mix well and bring to a rolling boil.

Enjoy a good night sleep!
