Ingredients:
½ cup Frozen Bananas
1 Espresso Shot of Coffee (or any coffee of choice)
1 tsp Nurture My Skin blend
1 tsp Balance My Stress blend
Oat Milk
Sweetener of Choice
How To Make:
In a blender or food processor, combine banana, Balance My Stress, Nurture My Skin blend, coffee, and honey/agave syrup until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into a cup, add ice, and pour in the oat milk.
