Balancing Applesauce Recipe

It's Fall! The time for apples, cinnamon, and warmth - and apple sauce! This recipe combines our Balance My Stress Blend with the classic fall fave. Give it a try! 

 

Ingredients: 

  • 4 apples, peeled cored and chopped
  • 3.4 c water
  • 3 tsp Balance My Stress Blend
  • 1/4 c maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

How to make: 

Combine apples, water, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cover and cook for 20 minutes (until apples are soft). Afterward, allow the mixture to cook, then mask with a fork. Add the Balance blend, mix, and then chill in the fridge.
