How to make:
Combine apples, water, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cover and cook for 20 minutes (until apples are soft). Afterward, allow the mixture to cook, then mask with a fork. Add the Balance blend, mix, and then chill in the fridge.
‘Beauty’ is something I've struggled with for many years. Especially in my adulthood and now motherhood.
