Adaptogenic Cinnamon Milk

This horchata-like cinnamon milk is mixed with adaptogens to support your body's stress response in a cooling tonic. 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup walnut milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Balance Blend

How to make: 

Combine in a blender and blend on high until ingredients are mixed. Serve chilled, over ice.
