Q: How quickly will I receive my order?
A: Orders are processed within 1 business day (orders places before 1PM PST are processed + shipped out same day). At checkout, you'll be able to select your own shipping method with variable shipping speeds (standard is 3 - 5 business days). Orders placed on Fridays after 1PM PST will be shipped the following Monday.

Q: What is your shipping policy?
A: We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within the United States. Shipping within the USA is usually under $8. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

Q: International Orders: What about import duties?
A: International customers are liable for all import duties and customs that may be charged by your country (for returns/exchanges as well).
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns on all full-priced orders within 15 days from the day of delivery. Shipping charges for the return/exchange are not credited unless there is a defect in the merchandise. To return unwanted items, contact email@example.com. Please include with your return a copy of your order (with order #!) including your contact information and indicate whether you prefer a return or exchange. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return or exchange is complete.
Q: Are shipping/handling fees refundable?
A: Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you are making a return/exchange for an order in which you received free shipping, a $10 restocking/shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges/returns for store credit may be made at no additional cost.
Q: Can I return merchandise that I bought on sale?
A: No returns or exchanges are accepted for merchandise bought on sale or with a discount code.
